This possible solution for installing apps to ext sd is from Cappa it works but in my case I was getting errors on google play to stop and some apps to stop. but installing Navigation to external sd Worked. maybe the final solution needs modification of some more files? maybe a dev can look into...

I have been using ROW rom from the beginning (for 2 weeks now) it is a very good, fast and stable rom Led notification for tekst messages and mail work not for Whatsapp and u cannot set external SD card as default storage. It is a great rom!
