Lamento comentarles que tengo un problema similar con un pedido pagado el dia 21/10 el track que me dieron sale como "not found" en la web de China Post al reclamar a focalprice me dieron la siguiente respuesta:

After checking, I found your order FxxxxxxxxB was shipped on Oct 21 with tracking number RBxxxxxxxxCN .

I am sorry as these days customs inspection in China are too strict, so the tracking information is not updated in time.
Would you please check your order status 3-5 days later. If you still can’t find the tracking information 3 days later, please contact us again.
