Que se conecte y desconecte es normal en el modo sin batería. A mi una vez instalados los drivers me funciono con el spflashtools versión .177. Hay que darle botón derecho rápido cuando aparece en el administrador de dispositivos antes que se desconecte y ahí deja instalarlos manualmente. Y usar la versión 1.77 de flashtools porque con ese funciona.

Its normal the phone connects a nd disconect in this mode. You have to install the drivers manually when appears con device mánager, quick right click before disconnects. Then the computer let the drivers be installed.

Once done, use spflashtools 1.77. And all will be ok.
