¿Cómo contacto con un vendedor?

Hace un mes compré un móvil, se me ha jodido y quiero hacer uso de la garantía.
Contacté con el vendedor (en aliexpress) hace unos 5 días. Pertenece a la tienda ''iGDS "Global Direct Sale Trade Co., Lt''
Tiene 3 diamantes y muchísimos votos positivos y demás. Cuando pedí el vendedor estaba activo pero ahora no se como seguirle el rastro. En la página de la tienda hay un email de contacto pero es para el mismo tío.
¿Siguen las fiestas allí?

¿Algun consejo?

Hasta el lunes 10 no empiezan otra vez. Para que luego digan que los españoles somos los que mas fiesta tenemos. jejejeje

Hola a un amigo mio también se le averió y lo mando a china y le tardo un mes o por ahí pero si suelo arreglaron y los gastos de envió son para china la vuelta la pagan ellos si esta en garantía saludos.
