error: "PMT changed for the ROM, it must be downloaded"

Help! I've a bricked phone.
I used the cuoco 95 KK9.5 ROM, but after a Wipe from recovery (TWRP) I got this error:
E: unable to mount /cache
E: unable to mount /data/media/TRWP/ twrps

Now it boots only in Recovery mode

I've tried to:
Format Data
Same errors.

Install ROM from OTG:
Nothing

Flashtool with an emergency ROM TCL_S960_Lewa_Multilanguage_07.03.14_cuoco92_for_F lashtool_rev1.4 :
SPFlash Log Error: Format flash error! Possibly given a wrong format range, please check your format setting.

I've tried some other ROMs, but

If I choose "Firmware Upgrade" e and I thick every items I get this message:
BROM: S:FT_FORMATFAIL (4010) Format flash error; possibly a wrong format range

If I choose "Download Only" e and I thick Cache and Recovery items I get this message:
PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded

and if I choose "Format" e and I try to format by Auto Format except Bootloader I get:
BROM: S:FT_FORMATFAIL (4010) Format flash error; possibly a wrong format range

What can I do?
PLEASE HELP ME

al usar una rom que no es la original te dara ese error de flashtools. Busca una de tu terminal original

He intentado con más ROM, pero el problema es que no puedo incluso hacer el formato:
"Format flash error; possibly a wrong format range"
Probé con varios scatter file, pero no voy con nadie
He utilizado este comando (cat /proc/emmc) para ver la partición:

There is file not loaded yet! (HINT):
1. Please check if the DA path is correct.
2. Please check if all the ROM files exist.
3. Please ckeck if the scatter file description is sync with the exist ROM files.

Eso es que el movil esta sin bateria. O directamente no lo reconoce ya que manda la rom y no llega a su destino

Hola, me podrían ayudar por favor, flashee una rom MT6592 finalizo bien, pero al encenderlo la pantalla tiene iluminación, los botones táctiles vibran , pero se mantiene en negro la pantalla, hay alguna solución para esto, puede ser un problema de drivers o la rom? Gracias

Estas segura que instalaste una rom para tu móvil?
Si es así, busca otra rom para tu móvil, si es posible la oficial.
