recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 17.000 reclamaciones, lo que ha impulsado la actividad de la organizaci\u00f3n y ha inspirado la colaboraci\u00f3n de organizaciones de consumidores europeas en el proyecto problem\u00e1ticas que afectan a los consumidores<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el <strong>sector de Bienes de Consumo<\/strong>, m\u00e1s del 50% de las reclamaciones se relacionan con pedidos y problemas de entrega. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En el \u00e1mbito de las Telecomunicaciones, el 16% de las reclamaciones se deben a problemas de facturaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, siendo esta una de las razones detr\u00e1s de las numerosas quejas dirigidas a empresas como Vodafone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a los <strong>Servicios de Consumo<\/strong>, la <strong>ejecuci\u00f3n del servicio<\/strong> y las <strong>condiciones contractuales<\/strong> son las principales causas de reclamaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>Servicios Bancarios<\/strong>, <strong>problemas financieros<\/strong>, <strong>t\u00e9rminos de contratos<\/strong> y <strong>uso de tarjetas<\/strong> representan una parte significativa de las quejas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, en <strong>Suministros<\/strong> como el agua y la energ\u00eda, dos tercios de las reclamaciones se relacionan con facturaci\u00f3n, activaci\u00f3n o interrupci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Empresas_mas_objeto_de_reclamaciones\"><\/span>Empresas m\u00e1s objeto de reclamaciones<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vodafone<\/strong> encabeza la lista de empresas m\u00e1s objeto de reclamaciones, seguida de <strong>Orange<\/strong>, <strong>Movistar<\/strong>, <strong>Yoygo<\/strong> y <strong>Jazztel<\/strong>, entre otras. Sin embargo, es crucial abordar y mitigar posibles sesgos en la recopilaci\u00f3n, interpretaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de datos para garantizar una comprensi\u00f3n precisa de la situaci\u00f3n y facilitar decisiones informadas tanto para los consumidores como para las empresas involucradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sesgo_en_la_representacion_de_empresas\"><\/span>Sesgo en la representaci\u00f3n de empresas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una preocupaci\u00f3n inherente al an\u00e1lisis de las reclamaciones es el sesgo en la representaci\u00f3n de empresas.
