PROBLEMA Persist.img for meizu m6 note

I installed MIUI on my m6 note. Then I decided to go back to flymeos. But when I flashed flyme I accidentally deleted the partition 'persist'. After that I do not have wifi. trying to solve this problem I tried to re install stock flyme.nothing past. Now my mobile is in bootloop. What to do now?? please help. I tried to use the QFIL software. But it shows that you can not change the EDL error message when you try to open the partition manager.
