Some customers told us that they received the inew v3 can not make calling because the IMEI is invalid, i make a Operation Guide to teach you how to write the IMEI number to your phone.

IMEI number write tool download:

Operation Guide:

1. Setup the IMEI write tool to your computer



2. Run the tool



3. Set the A B C as the picture below, then click the start



4. Tick it as the picture below



5. The MD DB_1 choose as the picture below(in the ROM folder cxq_v3_inew_v1.0.8)



6. The AP DB choose as the picture below(in the ROM folder cxq_v3_inew_v1.0.8)



Click the OK.

7. Write the IMEI number to the page below, click the OK.



8. Keeping the phone off connect to your computer, if the first time to do this, need install the original driver.



9. Wait it complete, this page means it is OK



This method also can use of others smart phone to write the IMEI number.

[ROM]iNew V3 Rom Download

iNew factory released a new ROM – V1.0.3. This iNew V3 Rom fix many errors including camera problems, NFC, OTG and many other bugs or problems.



Download a driver for device from here. After that you need to download Flash tool from here. And finally the ROM for iNew V3 you can downlod from here.

How to install the iNew V3 Rom

Prepare the Flash tool, then install the driver for the phone. You need to connect the phone to the computer via USB cable. Then your computer will recognize the phone as MT65XX preloader. If your computer does not recognize the new device then you need to go to device manager and find it. See photo below.



When you install the driver, then you need to run the program Flash Tool.exe. After entering go and check the USB Mode. Thereafter click Scatter-loading button and select the txt file from folder.



When you load the txt file, this should look like this.



In the last step you need to click Firmware-Upgrade. Right after that you need to plug in the phone to the PC(phone needs to be turned off). Firmware upgrade will start running until you see the green circle. Then upgrade of new ROM for the iNew V3 is finished. I am not responsible for the possible problems, you are doing this at your own risk.

1. This method is suitable for most MTK Android phones, there will be special circumstances.

2. Please confirm the ROM is suitble for your phone.

3. Flash ROM have risk of your phone.

4. Sometimes the computer is missing android usb drive or pop INF Install invalid information, such as encountered situation, install write-yard drive in the android cdc and usbser.sys, then install the USB VCOM

5. Because my computer can not using with English, so Screenshot are Chinese, i think you can understand it.

Preparation:

1. Flash Tool. This tool is commonly used in most MTK Android phones, of course, some phones need to use special tools optimized.

2. Install the driver.

Method of install driver(Only first time need install):

(1)The phone battery (enough power) to allocate again into the phone

(2)Phone connected to the computer via USB cable, your computer lower right corner will pop up Found New Hardware Tips: MT65XX Preloader, or go to the computer device manager to find driving tips like picture below



(3)As shown in the installation interface into the driver



Click Install the software automatically (if not installed automatically, manually select USB VCOM)



After installation is complete, the interface as shown in the following figure appears, click Cancel to skip, and then point to complete



(4)Part of the PC driver installation interface will continue to pop up, as shown below, click Finish to install the software automatically



Start reflash the ROM

1. Open the Flash Tool(Download it) as picture below:



2. Enter the following interface



After entering, click on the menu bar options option in the pull-down menu on the check the USB Mode

3.Click Scatter-loading, select the desired package, the package is txt file





4.Click Firmware→Upgrate，then connect your phone to the computer(Keep the phone off the power). Start running until the progress bar below appears OK interface, the upgrade is complete.
