Acabo de recibir respuesta de
Nokia y, como suponíamos, el móvil desactiva una de las SIMs mientras está en uso (llamando, sms, datos, etc...) la otra.

In response to your inquiry, we would like to inform you that with the Nokia C2-03, both SIM cards are available at the same time when the device is not being used. On the other hand while one SIM card is active, for example, making a call, sending or receiving a message, or uploading or downloading data, the other SIM card is unavailable.
In addition, If you only have one SIM card, insert the card into the SIM1 card holder. Some features and services may only be available when using the SIM card in the SIM1 card holder. If there is a SIM card only in the SIM2 card holder, you can only make emergency calls.
