Yo esta mañana les escribí porque mi envío paso de salir en la página de
seguimiento a desaparecer completamente de la misma y actualmente pone no found.
Los de la tienda me contestaron esto por cierto :

The owe transport company now have some problems of their system.
Some packages' info were disappeared.
They are checking and solving this problem.
We will tell you and send you email when the system works well again and have
tracking info.
