PROBLEMA StockROM 3.0x always ask for Default Launcher

Any know, how to solve this isue in Stock ROM ? If you use another Launcher than stock one, it is always asking for it after phone start:

Even if you set it, it is not possible to set "Home app" in Settings > Apps > Configure apps. It always look like this:

I can set it to another launcher, but the go out from menu, back and it is again "No default Home".
Please help, it is very frustrated to always answer which launcher I want use after phone start.

¿Alguien sabe cómo resolver este problema en Stock ROM? Si usa otro Launcher que stock one, siempre lo solicita después del inicio del teléfono:

Incluso si lo configura, no es posible establecer "Aplicación de inicio" en Configuración> Aplicaciones> Configurar aplicaciones. Siempre se ve así:

Puedo configurarlo para otro iniciador, pero salgo del menú, y vuelve a estar "Sin inicio predeterminado".
Por favor, ayúdenme, es muy frustrante contestar siempre qué launcher quiero usar después del inicio del teléfono.

Si, hay ocasiones que a mi también me ha pasado.
La única solución que he encontrado es eliminar el laucher que no quiero utilizar, o congelarlo a traves de una aplicacion como Link2SD

Yes, there are times that happened to me too.
The only solution I have found is to delete the launcher that I do not want to use, or freeze it through an application like Link2SD

A mi me pasaba tambien instale de 2 el microsoft launcher luego un tercero y seguia saliendome la ventanita pidiendome que definiera el launcher continuamente y me fije que ademas de los 3 launcher me ofrecia una 4 opcion que tenia el logo de un android y ponia algo de sistem(no recuerdo bien ) total que estando con el launcher que deseaba ( microsoft) le di a esa 4 opcion y elegi siempre y ya no me volvio a salir la dichosa ventana.
