2 ) TUTORIAL ROOT ALCATEL OT-918D (Android 2.3.6)

Una vez que se halla instalado el driver para que sea detectado como un puerto COM por el pc y el flashtool, hacemos lo siguiente:

Ejecutais el Flashtool.exe(conecta los altalvoces de tu pc), acto seguido conectais el teléfono apagado con el cable usb al pc. Cuando te suene uno o dos pitidos vais al menú de Opciones y mirais que tengas marcado dicho puerto COM, como podeis ver en la imagen:

Una vez hecho esto, le cargais el archivo scatter.txt para alcatel 918D android 2.3.6:

Por medio de la pestaña segunda scatter-loading, aceptais las dos ventanas que te aprecen y buscar en la lista que aparece abajo Recovery, pincha dos clics y busca la ruta donte teneis el archivo Recovery Linerty

, lo seleccionas (mirar que la ruta sea la correcta) y acto seguido le dais a DOWNLOAD. Se pondrá en marcha abajo del programa una barra de color amarillo, deja que llegue al final (100%).Entonces te pitará 2 o 3 veces y te aparecerá un cuadrado que dentro abrá un redondel de color verde o amarillo y sonará un pitido. De este modo ya ha finalizado , esperais que aparezca la batería en el display del teléfono y podeis quitar el cable. Enciendeis el terminal y pulsais la tecla volumen + y tecla encendido a la vez. Al cabo de 3 o 4 segundos soltais la tecla encendido y manteneis pulsada vol+. Vereis entonces que entrais en este menu:


Pantalla principal Recovery CWM>>install zip from sdcard>>toggle signature verification>>(y en la misma ventana)choose zip from sdcard>>Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip (directorio principal de vuestra SD)(previamente debeis de copiarlo al directorio principal de la sd sin descomprimirlo). Empezará a ejecutarlo e instalarlo.

Al final os dará un aviso de que ha terminado y entonces saliis de ese menu dandole Go Back (2veces) hasta llegar a la ventana inicial del recovery. Entonces le dais a Reboot system now y reiniciará el telefono, pero esta vez ya sereis ROOT.

La comprobacion de root es ver una apk llamada Superuser en el menu y ademas pasarle un programa como ROOTCHECK BASIC desde el market oficial.

Este ROOT es permanente al igual que el realizado por los programas de los 2 metodos anteriores, pero solamente es posible aplicar el parche en nuestro alcatel con un recovery modificado como el de Linerty o CWM.

Con esto ya sois ROOT.

NOTA DE MODERACIÓN:
EL RECOVERY DE LINERTY SI SE INSTALA EN ANDROID 2.3.6 PRODUCE UN BUG QUE HACE QUE CUANDO SE RESETEE A VALORES DE FABRICA EL TERMINAL, ESTE NO LO HACE Y SIEMPRE ENTRA EN MODO RECOVERY (AVISADOS ESTAIS).

Problemas que pueden haber:

Si seguiis mis indicaciones no debe de haber ninguno. Debeis de dejar el archivo scatter.txt y el del recovery de linerty descomprimido(sacado del zip o rar) dentro de la carpeta de flashtool.Asi al cargar el satter. txt automaticamente deberia de marcaros el recovery y si no pues al buscarlo os lo encontrará pues estará dentro de la carpeta del programa.

A veces el flashtool pese a haber marcado o fijado el puerto com (ejemplo COM7), al darle a Download no arranca la barra inferior amarilla. Si ocurre esto, solamente debeis de quitar la bateria y ponerla , o bien quitar el cable usb del pc(que es mas facil de poner y quitar) y acto seguido volverlo a poner.

No hacer el proceso con el Recovery de Linerty ya que en caso de hacer un hard reset entrareis en un bucle que en vez de resetear el movil , siempre os volverá a cargar el recovery.

Once the driver is installed for it to be detected as a COM port on the PC and FlashTool, do the following:

Once done, you load the file you scatter.txt for alcatel 918D android 2.3.6:

Through the second scatter-loading tab, accept the two windows you see some sort and search the list below Recovery, click two clicks and searches the file path you have donte Linerty Recovery

Selects it (watch the path is correct) and immediately you give to DOWNLOAD. It will launch the program down a bar of yellow, let it reach the end (100%). Then beep you 2 or 3 times and you will see a square inside circle open a green or yellow and a beep sounds. Thus has finished, you hope you see the battery in the phone's display and you can remove the cable. Pulsais Enciendeis terminal and volume + key and power key at the same time. After 3 or 4 seconds soltais manteneis key pressed on and vol +. You will see then that you enter this menu:


Home Screen >> CWM Recovery install zip from sdcard toggle signature verification >> >> (and in the same window) choose zip from sdcard >> Superuser-3.0.7-EFGHI-signed.zip (main directory of your SD) (previously ought to copy it to the root directory of the sd without decompression). Begin to run and install.

At the end you will notice that over and then giving that menu saliis Go Back (2 times) until the initial window of recovery. Then you give it to Reboot system now and reboot the phone, but this time sereis ROOT.

Checking root is called Superuser apk see a menu in a program but also to pass as BASIC ROOTCHECK from official market.

This root is permanent like the programs conducted by the two previous methods, but it is only possible to apply the patch in our alcatel with a modified recovery like Linerty or CWM.

With this we are ROOT.

NOTE OF MODERATION:
THE RECOVERY OF LINERTY IF INSTALLED IN ANDROID 2.3.6 PRODUCES A BUG THAT MAKES WHEN TO DEFAULT resets the terminal, this does not and always enters recovery mode (you are warned).

Problems can be:

If seguiis my directions there should be none. You ought to leave scatter.txt file and the recovery of linerty unzipped (extracted the zip or rar) within the folder to load flashtool.Asi Satter. txt marcaros should automatically from the recovery and if not then you will find it by searching for it will be in the program folder.

Sometimes FlashTool despite having scored or set the com port (eg COM7), to give unbootable Download yellow bottom bar. If this occurs, only you ought to remove the battery and put it, or remove the USB cable from PC (which is easier to apply and remove) and immediately replacing.

Doing the Recovery process of Linerty as if doing a hard reset you come into a loop instead of resetting the phone, I always reload the recovery.
