Tutorial realizado por petición de algunos usuarios ante la dificultad de cambiar el idioma en mis versiones DR Lite a las que deshabilito el Update (por forzar desliteo), actualmente las 1.4 y 2.4 (NU) y M3.
De la misma forma podéis utilizar este método en cualquier versión del sistema operativo en el que no funcione el update, no queráis utilizarlo para esta tarea o el equipo destino del cambio de idioma no disponga de conexión a Internet.
