TinyDeal - UNA EMPRESA QUE NO CUMPLE CON GARANTÍAS DEL PRODUCTO He recibido en Marzo 2015 un
Tablet que no funciona. Pague 55€ de
Aduanas. Comunico a TinyDeal que el Tablet no funciona y ahora empieza un sin fin de mails .Pido la dirección donde mandarlo para su reparación o cambio. Me piden un video de la avería.
Pregunta: un vídeo de que si no se enciende !!!???. Encuentro en su pagina web las direcciones de Tiny Deal - una en Hong kong, otra en Shenzen (al lado de Hong Kong). Mando el Tablet a Hong Kong, llega 10 días mas tarde y el envio me cuesta 30€.
Mails sin fin y al final con el
tracking me comunican que el paquete ha salido de Hong Kong por Shenzen. Se ve que si llegan paquetes en Hong Kong y nadie de TinyDeal los busca se reenvían automáticamente a Shenzen.
Ahora estamos a 21 de Mayo y el problema no esta solucionado.

The Shenzhen address has been added for safety on the AIR-Mail Registered order : I was expecting the answer you gave me...
On the other side you should consider that I am not playing a game with you and your company - Both addresses are on your webpage and you are responsible for them, nobody else.
Your products fall under the International Guarantee laws.
The next question will be if you are a serious company or one of these Rip-off Internet sellers.
Make sure that my personal comments and my lawyers one on will state directly on your actual and future publicity.
By the way the "Video filming" is a joke - I would love to see you filming a Tablet that doesn't work - rather give a correct customer service !
