A la pregunta de qué hago si se me acaba el plazo, y que cuando es la presentación, solo me han respondido ésto en MC Store:

"it is pre-order,and we will try to send it within 45days after payment".

Es un pedido por adelantado, e intentaremos enviarlo dentro de los 45 días posteriores al pago
Me da que ya se lo habrán preguntado más veces y se ha cansado de explicar más

No se en está tienda en concreto, pero lo normal es que si te si les indicas algo concreto sobre el valor y el objeto enviado te hacen caso. Yo considero que es mejor dejar que la tienda siga su costumbre habitual. Siempre ponen valores cercanos al mínimo exento.

Esto es un eterno dilema. La tienda estaría declarando un valor sobre los 37 euros para un phone. Eso lleva a que la importación quedaría exenta de arancel pero no de IVA. Personalmente creo que se mejor dejar que cada tienda siga su sistema habitual y si toca que lo paren pues esperar que no quieran comprobar el valor declarado y acepten lo declarado por la tienda. Teniendo en cuenta que en los envíos por correo ordinario no van a ser presentados en la aduana por un agente de aduanas, como ocurre cuando se envía por empresas de mensajería urgente.

Si hay mala pata y lo paran en aduana, con un poco de suerte solo se pagaría IVA sobre el valor declarado (37 euros, 21% de IVA) y no se incluirían más gastos . Lo importante es que la cosa no llegue a tener que presentar lo que se ha pagado en realidad.

Como te digo, yo soy partidario de no cambiar nada. No vaya a ser que luego te lo paren y te arrepientas por haber modificado lo que hubiese hecho la tienda. Por seguridad del pedido seria mejor que no se supiese que es un Phone, pero es un tema complicado que se ponga otra cosa.

Yo también lo pedí en MC Store, y le hice la misma pregunta y también que si era el modelo global, con la banda 800 (B20), y me contestó esto: "hello, we will try our best to send it before time ends, please don't worry"...Vamos, poca cosa...
Con lo de la banda, me envió una captura de pantalla en la que sí venía la B20...

Me acaban de responder finalmente los de Xiaomi Global Store. Me han dicho que gracias por mi paciencia, y que sí, que puedo ayudarles prolongando el tiempo de procesado del pedido. Les he dicho que esperaré a que queden unos días y que si eso lo prolongaré.

Ehhh ehhh no os burléis de los iRing, que yo lo llevo pegado a alguna funda. Quiero usarlo Pues pongo la funda verde, que no quiero pues cualquiera de las otras 3 fundas que protegen a mí S3
Y junto al soporte de coche queda genial
