Hoy en la mañana también tomé cartas en el asunto (antes de revisar el foro) y les dejé este mensaje:

Querida Lisa, estoy preocupado y enojado, porque el número de seguimiento que me diste no funciona. Ya han pasado dos semanas y ni siquiera se puede ver el estado de mi pedido. De acuerdo con las normas de AliExpress indican lo siguiente:
"El proveedor ha enviado su orden.

Se recomienda un seguimiento de los productos y comprobar el estado del envío. Por favor, abra una disputa 5 días después que su proveedor haya ingresado el número de seguimiento, y antes de que la orden se complete. Es muy importante proteger que su pago sea liberado al proveedor.
Nota: AliExpress apreciar la autogestión de los pedidos. No podemos garantizar tu pago si no has abierto una disputa por orden relacionada antes de la fecha de vencimiento. "

Para ello voy a abrir una disputa sobre este tema.
También tengo miedo porque muchos amigos que han comprado a usted me advirtieron que el servicio postventa es deficiente y no responden cuando se trata de hacer cumplir la garantía. El caso más cercano es el de mi amigo [email protected]. Él tuvo que enviar su teléfono a un servicio técnico, porque no le respondieron los mensajes de correo electrónico.
Es una pena que estas cosas sucedan, porque aquí en el Departamento de Eventos de la Universidad queríamos hacer un pedido mayor.

Abrí la disputa y les pedí encarecidamente un numero de seguimiento verdadero.
Mi teoría es que no tienen stock de teléfono y por eso hacen tiempo con los clientes para así poder dar abasto a los pedidos que se hacen. De todas formas muy mala la experiencia con ellos. Cuando compré mi HD7+ en "Todo en Mano" nunca tuve ningún problema.

Saludos y oremos para que en el futuro la situación mejore para otros compradores.

The 40Euro repair fees seems too much. Pls send it back for repair. U can check the following tips before sending it back.
1. Pls return the parcel to us asap and provide a valid tracking number
2. Pls use the Post service, such as Airmail to us, otherwise the parcel will be stopped by customs
3. Order number, name and returned reason must be written down and put in parcel( And tablet should have a good protection)
4. Pls send full set for replacement. only device for repair

EStos como para unas prisas, en el fondo son unos cachondos, como ya lo has reparado, te dicen que lo envíes.
Menos mal que conseguiste quien lo reparara. Yo tuve que enviar un teléfono a china a reparar y me tardó en volver 3 meses, eso sí, ya no volvió a dar problemas, lo miraron a conciencia. Tarda como un mes en llegar, otro en repararlo y otro en volver.

En fin, esperemos que no tengamos problemas con nuestros teléfonos, porque los de ETERNAL TEAM, no dan servicio de asistencia por lo que se está viendo.

Yo estoy igual que tú, no lo reconoce el pc, y no carga, o al menos eso creo, lo único que hace es iluminarse el led blanco. No sé que hacer...

Hola, mi TCL no hace nada, ni arranca, ni lo reconoce el pc, ni nada de nada, estaba bien, se apagó, se quedó el led blanco encendido un buen rato y no ha vuelto a cargar. Sólo se le enciende el led blanco al enchufarlo a la luz, ¿recuerdes si a ti te pasaba lo mismo? Un saludo.
