Me dijeron desde el SAT que están bastante desbordados y que igual tardaban hasta 2 semanas en repararlo... A ver si hay suerte.

Miedito me da.... sigo esperando la recogida, les tengo puesto que hasta las 14:00, me temo que ya hoy no y lo recogerán mañana. Seguiré informando

Con SEUR tuve problemas. No son muy formales. Si ves que no van a recogerlo manda un correto al soporte de zopo y que manden la orden de nuevo.

Por desgracia son los riesgos que se corren cuando se compra algo a china... Te puede salir bien, o en este caso salir mal. Yo intentaría ponerme en contacto con Zopomobileshop.com o con Zopomobile.eu y ver si alguno de los dos se hace responsable de la reparación. Aunque si te exigen que envies tu el terminal igual compensa más pagar la reparación en zopomobile.es . Desconozco el precio, pero igual compensa. Sobretodo porque sin GPS será muy dificil revender el terminal en su día.... Y por ejemplo para mi es importante poder venderlo bien, ya que de esa forma costeo parte del terminal nuevo que me compre.

Yo me acabo de poner en contacto con la tienda española en que compre el movil, teniendo dos años de garantía, a ver que me dicen...

He preguntado a zopomobile cuanto costaría la reparación en caso de no tener garantía. Lo pondré en el primer post.

Yo le he preguntado hace varios días a través del formulario de contacto de su web y no tengo noticia alguna a fecha de hoy....

Y yo a Zopo china si tenían constancia que se puede reparar y los trámites para enviarlo. Sin respuesta

me he enterado de que el fallo del GPS no es por la antena.
Es sencillamente porque el driver del chip del GPS esta mal Programado.
Es tan sencillo como mirar en los ajustaes de la hora y la fecha y ver que si ponemos nuestra zona horaria se nos atrasa una hora el reloj.
Es inutil intentar cambiarlo ya que como digo es un error del driver del chipGPS

Just to clear things before i explain, there is no ONE single reason to gps problems. There are a few. Some are simply bad antennas or bad contacts. But i discovered a very significant cause for trouble that is common to lots of devices. The problem is that the gps chip inside mtk6592 (sometimes?/always?) Reports wrong UTC time by one hour. This means that the gps is "thinking" that the sky view (the current visible satellites) is Different by one hour from the true view and that confuses the gps and can cause many navigation errors.
Unfortunately i don't have a fix for it. It is something internal to the gps chip.

How I found it:
I took a thl w200s and a zopo zp998 (both mtk6592), and compared them in real time against a samsung galaxy s2.
The sky view was the same in both mtk phones and different from the sky view in the samsung.
The sky view is a function of place and time, it is the currently visible satellites in the sky at a given time and place. and since all the phones were fixed to the approximate correct location, i thought about the time difference possibility although it seemed far fetched... However, the gps test app has a screen that shows the gps utc time! and while both mtk phones showed 10:45, the samsung showed 11:45!! exactly 1 hour difference.
This is without a doubt a system bug that should improve all mtk phones accuracy instantly - if solved
