Vuelvo a poner el mensaje, a ver...

Como desde soporte de Coolicool no me dan respuestas coherentes, quería probar a ver si por aquí podíais ayudarme.

Compré un Yotaphone2 YD201 en oct-16, se apagó la pantalla principal en feb-17 y desde entonces está en reparación en China. No fui avisado cuando llegó, se me prometieron devolver los gastos de envío y no fue así, y no tengo nuevas noticias si no pregunto. Coolicool dice que no puede repararlo y me ofrece un móvil de 2a mano sin garantía... pero yo quiero el mío reparado o la devolución del dinero, ya que ni siquiera podeis cumplir con vuestra propia garantía.

Considero que esto es una estafa porque después de 6 meses Coolicool se ha quedado mi móvil y mi dinero.
