Ok me dio un error la recuperación faltaba algun archivo así que he vuelto a la MIUI de nuevo. Gracias

Necesito ayuda se me ha reiniciado el teléfono y se ha actualizado SuperSu y no recuerdo si le tengo que dar a normal o TWRP cuando hace la pregunta.
¿Me podéis ayudar?

Depende de si tienes el TWRP o el CWM. A mí se me ha actualizado hoy y le he dado a normal (Aunque tengo la Hive UI) y no me ha dado fallos.

PD: No recordaba tampoco el recovery que tengo puesto XD

No es cuestión del recovery. Se le da a normal para actualizar binarios de supersu, si le das a twrp no te hará nada.
