Que es eso de "investigacion de singpost", no se de que va si hay que reclamarles me apunto, como se hace?
Pues como en Correos u otro servicio, cuando se pierde un envio o no te llega puedes abrir una investigación. Es un proceso indivual
Te adjunto el email que me mandó singpost en relación a mi paquete donde me explican eso:

We regret that SingPost is only able to advise the status of Registered Articles up to the point they leave Singapore. Please have your recipient check with the country of destination's Postal Agency (Local Post Office or website) for further information.
