Perdona el retraso, supongo que ya habrás hecho algo, pero lo cuento por si le viene bien a alguien. Me tienen negro.

Al final lo envié por correos estandar con seguro por si no llegaba... no siendo que encima de gastar en el envio, este no llegue y me quede sin nada. en total 27€ CASI NADA.

Para más inri, llego en plenas navidades chinas, con lo que hasta el casi el 14 de febrero no me respondieron (Enviado el 10 de enero).

Os adjunto los correos que nos hemos enviado. Decir que yo ya no quiero el lenovo despues de leer que te vuelven a enviar el mismo telefono sin reparar ni nada. Le he insistido en que me envien uno más caro (teniendo en cuenta los gastos de retorno y la espera) o que me devuelvan el dinero, ... es una forma de negociar, pero ellos simplemente no responden o responden como si no se leyeran ninguno de los correos anteriores. A FECHA DE HOY SIGO SIN REPUESTA CLARA, SIN TELÉFONO Y SIN DINERO , en resumen NO COMPREN EN ANTELIFE. Por cierto, no puedo reclamar a paypal porque han pasado más de 45 dias. Si están dentro del tiempo, no dudes en abrir una reclamación lo antes posible, luego siempre la puedes cerrar.

Hello my name is Juan Martin (from spain) today I get my lenovo a760 from singapore post / correos spain. I try to connect it to my wifi just to configure it and My susprise is that it can`t detect any wifi signal.. it says... searching and nothing happens. I think that the phone has hardware problem.

Hola buenas tardes. Hoy me ha llegado un lenovo a760 que os pedí a principios de diciembre. Al intentar conectarlo a mi red wifi me dice que no encuentra redes, cuando el lenovo a760 de mi hija, comprado dos semanas antes tambien con vosotros detecta 10.

Creo que es un problema de hardware pero os escribo por si es problema de la rom. ¿Debo enviaros el teléfono de vuelta?

ala compi! que miedo me da: yo tengo que enviar un thl w300 y viendo lo tuyo me da panico... y espero que el w8s que le pille a un colega por antelife tambien no termine igual porque me esta diciendo que le esta empezando a pasar lo mismo que al mio y se le bloquea la pantalla... Estoy cagaito
 
da igual no te preocupes por lo del descuento: al final me he arriesgado y he decidido pillarme un Honor 3C y no se si no me pillare segun como me salga este un Honor 3X (ahi si te agradeceria un cupon para este)

por cierto, tengo otro problemilla (si es que...): pille hace ya una semana un dg2014 que deberia ser para la mujer y lleva una semana en procesing: en normal esto (es que no me habia pasado nunca esto con vosotros). La orden es 800002417 por si le puedes echar un vistazo...

Ten en cuenta lo que he comentado: abrir una disputa en paypal mientra estas dentro de los 45 dias, si antelife no responde como debería siempre puedes pelearlo por paypal, en caso de que se porten bien la cierras y listo. Esto a paypal le pone las orejas tiesas y a antelife el culo prieto.

Lowry parece tener buena disposición, pero sus compañeros están en el mundo porque tiene que haber de todo. Me responden al email cada 5 dias y vuelven a preguntar lo mismo sin dar una salida al tema. O mejoran o se van a comer los mocos y más cuando ya se ha podido conseguir aquí en españa el moto g por 155.
