Te diré además, que si sustituyes las aplicaciones del sistema que coincidan desde la rom del xiaomi, ya las tendras en español también.
Como podria ser que dependiendo de la version de la rom no fueran totalmente compatibles, te recomiendo que hagas un backup previo.
Y si no quieres hacerlo una a una, puedes hacerlo creando un zip instalable desde el recovery.
Te subo uno generico por si quieres probar.
Abres el zip, navegas hasta las carpetas app y priv.app y arrastras las aplicaciones de la rom del xiaomi cada una a su carpeta correspondiente en la miui del s3 y listo.
Deberia funcionar, pero ya te digo, te recomiendo backup previo, que yo no me hago responsable de lo que pueda pasar...
