Cuidado con los intentos....!!!
No cargar roms de otros phones así tal cual...hay que cambiar y ajustar muchas cosas. Lo mejor es seguir algun tuto de portar una rom con una base para nuestro teléfono.
Al portar una rom hay q buscar un teléfono de iguales caracteristicas; procesados y chipset, pantalla, etc, etc y misma arquitectura ARM7...
Aun así quedarian muchas cosas que arreglar....
seguimos intentando.
 
Ademas que el xperia T no usa un boot.img (kernel+ramdisk hecho con mkbootimg) como el nuestro.
Se extrae diferente (busca kernel kitchen por xda)
Voy a probar con algun cwm del xperia a extraerlo y reempaquetarlo para el nuestro.
A ver que consigo.

La verdad es que el Xperia T tiene caracteristicas muy similares, a excepcion de la camara que es de 13Mpx (pero he leido que hay algunos moviles que la camara de 13 es en realidad una de 8MPx que extrapola, aunque no creo que sony sea de estos).
Ademas tiene un gran abanico de ROMs.

Otra cosa que difiere, es que el haier tiene un modulo del kernel que se llama lcd.ko, cosa que el Acer S500 o el Xperia T no lo tienen, asi que supongo que estara compilado en el kernel y no como modulo.

perdon por la ignorancia pero que estamos viendo entre tanto palabro ? :grin:

Pues basicamente, intentando portar una rom de otro movil en éste, respetando los archivos y carpetas fundamentales de el nuestro (para que no pete y se haga un ladrillo en el arranque) y cambiando visual, etc de la nueva rom (en éste caso todo lo que lleva las rom de MIUI).
Basicamente cambiar Framework, Media, Fonts y alguna cosa mas.
Pero es complicado....
Mirar el enlace al tutorial último para portar rom Miui que puse arriba...

pdt: estoy probando con una MIUI de Motorola Atrix HD (muy similar tambien)...Me falta cambiar las dos cositas que pone en el tuto dentro del boot.img...
 
Primer intento con la rom MIUI del Xiaomi se quedó en el boot con logo de MIUI
Hoy, segundo intento con rom de Motorola Atrix HD de MIUI; ni siquiera entra en el boot con logo de MIUI!! mierda

Debí hacer algo mal al abrir el Boot.img para poner la linea que dice el tutorial.
Este proceso es engorroso ya que has de manejar linus (kubunto en mi portatil) y unas utilidades para abrir y volver a cerrar el boot.img. Y yo no estoy muy ducho en ello...

He intentado portar una ROM MUIU v4 de un Razor HD y se ha quedado el logo ese de 4 colores.
Me he conectado por adb y era el startanimation.
Lo he matado y pantalla en negro.

Decir que esta rom no tenia el sheld que pone en el tutorial, ni tampoco he llegado a tocar el framework.

Mirando el logcat, me esta dando un fallo en una classe del core.jar (socketpair) que no esta en el core.jar de sony, ni de motorola, y si que hay referencias a ella desde las librerias .so de sistem/lib
